Wedding timeline/Countdown

There are a lot of these list’s out there but we find they are either way too long and detailed that no one can keep up or they are they are too basic and don’t include all the important tasks. This list is not exhaustive but includes all the important tasks you need to manage and it fits in with booking expectations in Auckland, NZ.

Hope this helps you and your planning experience! You can also print off our Free Wedding Planner Download which includes a timeline like this plus other cool stuff!

Rule of thumb when booking vendors:
Vendors such as Planners, Venues, and Photographers that can only provide their service/product to one bride in a day need to be booked straight away.
Vendors that can cater to more than one wedding in a day such as Cake Artists, Florists, and  Stationers can take on multiple clients in a day can be left a little longer. Don't leave it to the last minute though, they only have so many spaces.
If you know who you want- book them asap!
