Catherine wanted her wedding to be almost all greenery with a focus on geometric and natural elements. I did manage to talk her into a few flowers and created a wild and lush look for her florals and styling with a touch of gold and black.
"Where do I start?! I met the lovely Becks almost a year out from my wedding and from the very beginning I knew I was in good hands. I had a book full of ideas and overflowing Pinterest boards but no idea how to pull it all together. Becks was amazing! She guided me through the realities of Pinterest vs Reality and came up with solutions that didn’t compromise my desired look - if anything her alternative ideas were better. After our meeting she came up with a draft concept which we made changes to and tweaked around with until we found the best fit. She was my go to in all the months leading up to my wedding, all my last minute requests were happily catered for - her role far superseded Stylist. I almost cried when Becks turned up to the house with our bouquets, I had a pretty faint idea of what they were going to look like until that moment but they were absolutely stunning. The rest of the wedding was much the same, the details were UNREAL, my ceremony was beyond beautiful and the reception was something my guests and I will be talking about in many years to come. The functions manager emailed me the week following to say that it was the most beautiful set up she’d ever seen at the venue and a ‘bride to be’ she was showing through in the morning literally gasped when they walked into the reception. Oh and honestly not having the added stress of setting up/packing down was a god sent, Becks is superwoman and has that all under control too. Needless to say, I would recommend Becks to any bride to be whether it’s for set-up, styling or more. She’s just the bomb and I can’t wait to see her work at the weddings I attend." Catherine & Sam
