Planning
Wedding planning for standard venue based weddings to full event management of marquee weddings. Day-of coordination is an optional add-on for our venue based weddings, meaning we provide the assistance where it’s really needed.
Styling
Styling beautiful bespoke weddings from intimate to extravagant. Covering all aesthetics of the event and including proposal, acquisition, set-up and pack-down. Stunning weddings for the couple that wants to make a statement.
Flowers
Gorgeous flowers for all weddings from bouquets to bridal crowns, arches to centrepieces, simple to elaborate. We do focus on a slightly wild, organic style with our flowers.

Planning
You are welcome to come to us at any stage of your planning, some of our clients contact us right at the beginning stages, others when it’s all becoming a bit too much or they are at a loss of where to go next. Many of our clients book after they have secured a date and venue but we can also help with venue sourcing if that is needed. We assist with booking suppliers, your planning timeline, your budget and a full styling service as outlined below. On the day we provide a run sheet, complete your set-up and in some cases stay for full co-ordination of events. To see more about wedding planning please click here.
Styling
Styling is a service for couples that value the little details and would like a beautiful and cohesive wedding without the need for planning assistance. We design a custom look for your wedding from your bridal flowers through to your place settings. We look at your flowers, lighting & draping, ceremony, stationery, centrepieces, linen and extras. We also include the set-up of any special items you have collected or would like placed. We present this to you in a beautiful proposal with an inspiration board and itemised quote, from here we tweak this quote until we get the perfect fit for your style and budget. We then book, create or liaise with suppliers to bring this vision to life on your wedding day, as well as returning the following day to pack it all down and return all the hire items so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Flowers
Our floral service is for those that simply want flowers and perhaps a few of our hire items for their wedding. We can provide budget friendly options for those needing the basics to lush installations for those wanting to make a big impact. You have the option of coming in to meet with Becks to have a chat over your options or to get your booking underway. We are located in Riverhead, Auckland and operate by appointment only. Let us know what your schedule is like so we can arrange a time that suits. Availability is most week days, some evening and weekend appointments can also be arranged.
Decide
Now you decide what package works for you. we can help you decide this when you come in, or we can converse over email, phone or zoom.
Book
Now your ready to book in. Our different packages have different booking terms. planning packages are secured with a 50% deposit. Floral quotes once accepted are secured with a $500+GST deposit and all remaining amounts are due 14 days before your event.
